Carlsbad Elite Cheer – Level 1 Training

Service Description

Our Level 1 cheer classes are designed for athletes who are building a strong foundation in cheer technique. Athletes will learn safe and correct progressions in tumbling (cartwheels, walkovers, handstands), stunting basics, jump technique, motions, flexibility, and strength conditioning. This class focuses on confidence, body control, and proper form—giving young athletes the solid fundamentals needed to advance to higher levels.
